Andrew McCulloch aka "Drew" comes from Melbourne, Australia. After graduating from Box hill Institute of Technology Andrew rapidly rose into the world of 5 star catering. After spending time at the Grand Hotel, Melbourne, he went onto work in Directors Dining at the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, training under some of the most renowned chefs in Australia. During this time Drew also worked catering for McLarens Formula 1 at the Albert Park Grand Prix circuit and for the Corporate boxes at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Travelling to UK, Drew spent 4 years in Hertfordshire working as Sous Chef progressing to head chef in two restaurants that gained recognition in the Michelin Red Guide.

Drew joined Salty's at its conception, beginning as the Sous Chef before becoming Head Chef in July 2008. Drew has brought to Salty's international experience from Asia to Europe, incorporating a "fusion of flavours" that makes Salty's so unique.
