I found an ancient chinese coin, how valuable is it?
I went to a flea market and was looking through the collectible Coins there. I picked up a few 50-70 year old coins from other countries, but what really took my interest was this chinese coin I found. It was obviously old, but I thought that it was still a coin up to 100 years old. I took it home and looked it up and found out it was a ancient chinese coin, a couple thousand years old. There is thousands of different types of these coins so I never found out what it was. It appears grayish, has four symbols on the front and two on the back. It is not rusted so I dont beleive it is iron. It is also not a fake counterfeit.
I was wondering how much these coins are worth. I dont see any for sale but I dont know if a Coin Collector would buy it for a high price. I would love to know. Thanks!
