How much money would be enough for “proof of funds” for a months holiday in Canada?
I’m an Australian and I’m hoping to travel to Canada in about 1 1/2 to 2 months from now, and I’ll be staying the whole time with a friend – but I can’t seen to get a straight answer or even a general ballpark estimate of how much money either in cash or via bank statement I’ll need to show I have for “proof of funds” to make it past the ‘port of entry’.
They won’t worry about funds as much as a return ticket.
